I remember I was in college when I first leaned the art of quilling. I used to make quilled cards whenever I have friends celebrating their birthdays. But when I got involved in scrapbooking, I seldom do quilling anymore. My friends call me paper junkie and I don't mind. I'm guilty. But today I'd like to share with you a man who is into paper cutting.
