Reinstalling Your operating System

"Have you ever had to reinstall your operating system? Do you back-up your data?"

Yes I did. I have an external hard drive where twice a week i update with the files i have on my laptop just in case. It's actually a good thing I had it before my laptop had virus that I have to reinstall everything. It's a big hassle, actually.
